Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Contact your credit card provider — it may take time for your refund to officially appear

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@grettz.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
If you are returning an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
