Grettz Laser Levels – Limited 3-Year Warranty

Thank you for choosing Grettz Precision. We are committed to providing high-quality tools that meet your professional and personal needs. This Limited 3-Year Warranty applies to all Grettz products excluding stringlines.

Standard Warranty Coverage (3 Years)

Grettz 3 year warranty covers all products for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

During the warranty period, if a product is found to be defective, Grettz will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model, or
  • Refund the purchase price of the product.

Extended Warranty Coverage (Additional 2 Years)

If you have purchased the Extended 2-Year Warranty, your coverage will be extended for an additional two (2) years beyond the standard 3-year period, for a total of 5 years of protection.

Extended Warranty Benefits:

  • Same coverage as the standard warranty for years 4 and 5.
  • Priority support for warranty claims.
  • No additional fees for approved repairs or replacements during the extended period.

Proof of Extended Warranty Purchase is required to validate the 5-year coverage. Please retain your receipt or confirmation email as evidence of your purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, being dropped, modification, or improper storage.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or use of non-Grettz parts.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Calibration or alignment beyond the initial factory settings unless caused by a manufacturing defect.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please fill out the warranty claims form below and one of the team will be in touch.

Please ship the product to the address provided (customer is responsible for shipping costs to Grettz; return shipping is covered by us if the claim is approved). We recommend shipping with Royal mail or using a online service such as www.parcel2go.com .

Limitations and Exclusions

  • This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
  • Grettz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
