What Is Service 72?

Service 72 is our 3-business-day turnaround guarantee. From the moment your laser level arrives at our service centre, we will:

  • Inspect your tool for any damage or defects.
  • Repair, all repairs will be quoted on before going ahead if the unit is out of warranty.
  • Calibrate the laser to original factory specifications.
  • Service the unit for optimal performance.
  • Ship it back to you within 72 hours (3 business days).

What’s Included in Service 72

  • Complete internal and external cleaning.
  • Full functional performance testing.
  • All repairs will be quoted on before going ahead.
  • Calibration, the unit will be checked for calibration and adjusted so its within factory specifications.

    • Use a protective case and include proof of purchase plus your Service 72 request number.
  3. We Service and Return
    • Your laser level will be inspected, repaired, calibrated, and shipped back within 72 hours of arrival.

Conditions

  • The 72-hour countdown begins once the product is received at our service centre.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping to Grettz; return shipping is free.
  • If major repairs are required, we will provide an estimate and obtain approval (may extend turnaround time).
  • Available for all Grettz Laser Level models.

Cost & Warranty

  • Service 72 Cost: All major repairs will be quoted on before going ahead (if the product is outside of warranty or the repair is not a warranty repair).
  • Calibration: is not included in the warranty of the product but it is included in the service 72. 
  • Service 72 does not affect your original warranty coverage.
