Official Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The Grettz Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion") is organised and administered by Aspro Tools Ltd ("the Promoter"), the owner of the Grettz brand.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Promotion

1.1 During the Promotion Period, selected Grettz laser levels will contain a randomly inserted Grettz Golden Ticket.

1.2 Customers who discover a genuine Golden Ticket are entitled to redeem:

• One (1) Grettz Merchandise Bundle; and
• One (1) automatic entry into the Grettz G4D Laser Level Prize Draw.

1.3 No additional payment or purchase is required beyond the purchase of an eligible Grettz laser level.

1.4 Winning tickets have been randomly inserted into selected products before distribution.

1.5 The Promotion is intended as a customer reward. The prize draw is only available to customers who successfully redeem a valid Golden Ticket.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Aspro Tools Ltd, Grettz, its associated companies, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion may only redeem a Golden Ticket if the product containing the ticket has been purchased through normal retail channels.

2.3 Retailers, wholesalers and distributors are not permitted to claim Golden Tickets found within their own stock before retail sale.

2.4 Only genuine Grettz Golden Tickets issued by the Promoter are valid.

2.5 Photocopied, reproduced, altered or counterfeit tickets are invalid.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion runs from 12:00am (BST) on 1 August 2026 until 11:59pm (BST) on 31 August 2026.

3.2 Only Golden Tickets found in eligible Grettz products purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible.

3.3 Golden Ticket redemption claims must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

3.4 Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

4. How to Redeem Your Golden Ticket

If you discover a Golden Ticket:

1. Scan the QR code printed on the ticket; or
2. Visit www.grettz.com and navigate to the Golden Ticket Redemption page.

You will be required to provide:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Unique Golden Ticket code
• Product model
• Retailer where purchased
• Approximate purchase date
• A clear photograph of:
  • the Golden Ticket
  • proof of purchase

The Promoter reserves the right to request additional information to verify any claim.

5. Verification

5.1 Every Golden Ticket contains a unique identification code.

5.2 Each code may only be redeemed once.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of every Golden Ticket.

5.4 Any ticket that is altered, damaged beyond recognition, copied, forged or otherwise suspected of being fraudulent will be rejected.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any claim where it reasonably believes the Promotion is being abused.

5.6 Possession of a Golden Ticket does not automatically entitle the holder to receive a prize until the claim has been successfully verified.

6. Grettz Merchandise Bundle

6.1 Each verified Golden Ticket is redeemable for one (1) Grettz Merchandise Bundle.

6.2 Merchandise bundles may contain Grettz branded clothing, drinkware, accessories and promotional merchandise.

6.3 Merchandise bundle contents may vary and are subject to availability.

6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute individual items with products of equal or greater value where necessary.

6.5 Merchandise bundles are:

• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable
• Not exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash or store credit.

7. Grettz G4D Laser Level Prize Draw

7.1 Every successfully verified Golden Ticket redemption will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grettz G4D Laser Level Prize Draw.

7.2 No additional entry is required.

7.3 Only verified Golden Ticket claims received by 30 September 2026 will be entered into the draw.

7.4 One (1) winner will receive a Grettz G4D Green Beam Cross Line Laser Level.

7.5 The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the redemption closing date.

7.6 The winner will be selected at random using an independently supervised random selection process.

7.7 The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number supplied during redemption.

7.8 If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

7.9 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7.10 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another Grettz product of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

7.11 The Promoter's decision regarding the winner is final.

8. Delivery

8.1 Merchandise bundles will normally be dispatched within twenty-eight (28) days of successful verification.

8.2 Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

8.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for courier delays outside its reasonable control.

9. Lost or Damaged Tickets

9.1 Lost Golden Tickets cannot be replaced.

9.2 Damaged tickets will only be accepted where the unique code remains clearly legible.

9.3 Photographs or photocopies of Golden Tickets will not be accepted in place of the original ticket unless specifically requested during the verification process.

10. Product Returns

10.1 Where an eligible product is returned for a refund after a Golden Ticket has been redeemed, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the associated merchandise bundle and prize draw entry.

10.2 The Promoter may require the return of any merchandise already supplied before processing any refund.

11. Fraud and Misuse

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Reject fraudulent claims;
• Cancel duplicate claims;
• Refuse counterfeit tickets;
• Request proof of identity;
• Disqualify any participant attempting to manipulate the Promotion.

Any deliberate attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Lost Golden Tickets;
• Delayed deliveries;
• Website failures;
• QR code failures;
• Technical issues;
• Internet interruptions;
• Claims not successfully received;
• Circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Privacy

13.1 Personal information collected during redemption will only be used for:

• Verifying eligibility;
• Administering the Promotion;
• Delivering merchandise;
• Administering the prize draw;
• Contacting the winner.

13.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Grettz Privacy Policy.

13.3 Personal information will never be sold to third parties.

14. Publicity

14.1 The winner of the Grettz G4D Prize Draw may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity.

14.2 With the winner's consent, the Promoter may publish the winner's first name and county on the Grettz website and social media channels.

14.3 Winners may also be invited to submit photographs or videos of their prize. Participation is entirely voluntary.

15. General

15.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.

15.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

15.5 The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility, verification and prize allocation are final.

15.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15.7 This Promotion is available only during August 2026. Golden Tickets submitted after the redemption closing date of 30 September 2026 will not be eligible to receive the merchandise bundle or entry into the prize draw.

One recommendation

Your ticket artwork currently states "You've found a Golden Ticket!" but doesn't tell people when the G4D prize draw will be made. I'd recommend adding this sentence in small print on the ticket or redemption page:

"The Grettz G4D Prize Draw winner will be drawn and announced during October 2026. Full Terms & Conditions available at www.grettz.com."

That small addition helps set expectations and makes the campaign feel more transparent.

Update the following sections in your Terms & Conditions to reflect the new redemption deadline:

Section 3 – Promotion Period

Replace clauses 3.3 and 3.4 with:

3.3 Golden Ticket redemption claims must be submitted no later than 11:59pm (GMT) on 31 December 2026.

3.4 Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

Section 7 – Grettz G4D Laser Level Prize Draw

Replace clause 7.3 with:

7.3 Only verified Golden Ticket claims received by 31 December 2026 will be entered into the prize draw.

Section 15 – General

Replace clause 15.7 with:

15.7 Golden Tickets must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. Any Golden Ticket submitted after this date will not be eligible to receive the Grettz Merchandise Bundle or entry into the Grettz G4D Laser Level Prize Draw.

Replace with:
