Official Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by Aspro Tools Ltd ("the Promoter"). Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion
1.1 Selected Grettz laser levels have been randomly packed with a Grettz Golden Ticket.
1.2 Customers who discover a genuine Golden Ticket inside an eligible product are entitled to claim one (1) Grettz Merchandise Bundle, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 There is no additional cost to enter beyond purchasing an eligible Grettz product.
1.4 The promotion is intended as a consumer reward and is not a prize draw or lottery. Winning tickets have been randomly inserted into selected products before distribution.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Grettz, its parent company, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising agencies, and any person professionally connected with the administration of this promotion may redeem a Golden Ticket only if the product containing the ticket was purchased through normal retail channels and not supplied as promotional stock.
2.3 Retailers, wholesalers and distributors are not eligible to claim merchandise bundles for products discovered within their own stock prior to retail sale.
2.4 Only genuine Grettz Golden Tickets are valid.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion begins on the official launch date announced by Grettz.
3.2 Golden Tickets may be redeemed until 31 December 2027 unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Any claims received after the closing date may not be accepted.
4. How to Redeem
If you discover a Golden Ticket:
- Scan the QR code printed on the ticket, or
- Visit the Grettz website and navigate to the Golden Ticket Redemption page.
You will be asked to provide:
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- The unique Golden Ticket code
- Product model
- Place of purchase
- Approximate purchase date
- A photograph of:
- the Golden Ticket
- proof of purchase
The Promoter may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a claim.
5. Verification
5.1 All Golden Tickets are individually coded.
5.2 Each code can only be redeemed once.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any ticket.
5.4 Fraudulent, altered, copied, damaged, duplicated or counterfeit tickets will be rejected.
5.5 The Promoter may refuse any claim where it reasonably believes the promotion is being abused.
5.6 Ownership of the Golden Ticket alone does not automatically entitle the claimant to receive a prize until verification has been completed.
6. Prize
6.1 Each valid Golden Ticket is redeemable for one (1) Grettz Merchandise Bundle.
6.2 Merchandise bundle contents may include branded clothing, drinkware, accessories or other promotional merchandise.
6.3 Bundle contents may vary.
6.4 Merchandise is supplied subject to availability.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
6.6 Prizes are:
- non-transferable
- non-refundable
- cannot be exchanged
- cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
7. Delivery
7.1 Merchandise bundles will normally be dispatched within 28 days of successful verification.
7.2 Delivery is available to UK addresses only unless Grettz agrees otherwise.
7.3 Grettz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8. Lost or Damaged Tickets
8.1 Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
8.2 Damaged tickets may only be accepted if the unique code remains legible.
8.3 Photocopies, photographs or reproductions of Golden Tickets are not valid unless specifically requested during verification.
9. Product Returns
9.1 If an eligible product containing a Golden Ticket is returned for a refund, Grettz reserves the right to refuse or recover any merchandise bundle already issued.
10. Fraud and Misuse
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- reject fraudulent claims;
- cancel duplicated claims;
- disqualify any participant attempting to manipulate the promotion;
- refuse claims involving counterfeit tickets;
- request proof of identity where necessary.
Any attempt to interfere with the proper administration of the promotion may result in disqualification.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
- lost tickets;
- delayed deliveries;
- technical failures;
- website interruptions;
- QR code failures outside its reasonable control;
- claims not successfully received.
12. Privacy
12.1 Personal information supplied during redemption will only be used for:
- verifying eligibility;
- administering the promotion;
- delivering merchandise;
- contacting winners where necessary.
12.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Grettz Privacy Policy.
12.3 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
13. Publicity
13.1 Winners may be invited to submit photographs of their prize or product.
13.2 Submission of photographs is entirely voluntary.
13.3 Where permission is provided, Grettz may use submitted content on its website, social media channels and marketing materials.
14. General
14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
14.2 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
14.3 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
14.4 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement relating to the promotion.
14.5 The Promoter's decision regarding verification and eligibility shall be final.
14.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
